The SPLITTER X2 – as mobile as it gets
Conventional screens reach their limits when it comes to wet materials which contain foreign materials (e.g. root, earth, clay and stone mixtures; contaminated soil excavations; landfill remediation). The screens clogg and require costly and time consuming cleaning. Due to its unique screen deck, the new mobile SPLITTERX2 can process these materials and delivers excellent screening performance regardless of the consistency of the material. The self-cleaning operation of the SPLITTER and the many specific settings available are another major factor for this. The SPLITTER X2 stands for optimal preliminary separation of materials for downstream processes. Because it can be used year-round, machine running time and availability are dramatically increased.

The SPLITTER screen deck
- The tub shaped SPLITTER® screen deck consists of two counter-rotating screen decks which pull the material apart. The material enters the curved area of the decks and is kept in motion on the screen deck for longer, so that foreign objects can be separated from the the useful fraction without blockages.
Screen deck inclination
- The inclination of the screen deck can be adjusted continuously in a range from 5-25°, in order to increase the time of the material on the screening deck.
The oversize discharge conveyor
- Depending on throughput, the oversize discharge conveyor can be raised to a discharge height of 4.7 meters, depending on the selected screen deck inclination.
Hopper adjustment
- The apron feeder hopper can be hydraulically adjusted into a horizontal operatingposition of up to 15°. The separation of the useful fraction from interfering objects is supported effectively.
The arch belt
- For discharging the fine fraction, the arch belt can be moved to the left or right side of the machine.
Operation from the 7 ”touch panel and remote control
- Operation of all machine components (conveyors, screen deck, crawler chassis) via the central controller.
